Ski & Board Packages

All daily rentals include personal boot fitting for every customer. We do not believe in impersonal assembly line rentals found in lots of other places.  We truly want you to have a good time on the mountain and having a poorly fitting boot, even for rentals, is NOT acceptable.

Individual Items

*If you are just renting ski boots, there is an extra charge of $8.00 to torque test the bindings to make sure they release when set at the proper settings. This is a safety/liability issue and is mandatory when working on customers bindings.

*If you are just renting skis, please be aware that if your boot sole is too worn down (especially on the toe) there is a possibility we will not be able to use it due to safety issues.

Both of the statements above apply only to skis and ski boots, snowboard equipment is not affected.

Snowshoes

All our snowshoes are made by Crescent Moon. The family owned company is based in Boulder, CO and makes all its snowshoes by hand. Each frame is bent, cut and welded one piece at a time using aircraft grade aluminum. Specially designed materials for cold and abrasion have been developed for Crescent Moon snowshoes and parts are cut and assembled by hand in the small factory located just 2 miles from the famous Boulder mall.

The right equipment can make your experience more enjoyable. You’ll find Crescent Moon snowshoes to be the very best and can enhance your traction and maneuverability. Crescent Moon equipment is notoriously light and with a tear-dropped shape that makes walking or running as natural as breathing.
